  • Do you take breakfast everyday? If you do not, then it is an indication that your diet is not complete. Begin to plan on taking your breakfast every day; it is necessary for your general health.
  • Do you go for low fat food sources rather than high fat foods? Every food category has both low fat and high fat foods. So if you have been taking a lot of high fat foods, change this habit and look for low fat food sources. A good practice for achieving this is by preparing most of your meals rather than eating fast and ready foods from your local cafeteria.
  • Are you drinking enough water? The body requires enough water to function properly. Many health experts recommends taking 8 glasses of water every day. If you take sodas and other drinks a lot, you might be dehydrating your body. So cut your intake of these drinks and increase your water intakes.
  • Are you maintaining an ideal body weight? Gaining unexpected or unplanned weight tells you that your are eating poorly. Healthy eating together with aving a routine of daily exercise will ensure that you maintain an ideal weight that is right for you.
  • Are you taking a lot of sugar, salt, caffeine or alcohol? These substances should be taken in moderate amounts. However, it is not strange today to come across people consuming large quantities of these substances. Be informed that these and other related substances can wreak your diet and health in general.
